Hi, my name is Deon de Lange, I am a comic artist and illustrator living in South Africa.
I am always working on personal projects in my spare time and keep a busy freelance schedule as Jumpsuit Art, where I service the comic art, illustration, conceptual design and storyboard needs of both international and local clients.
I am a versatile illustrator with a strong focus on character design, line work and comic art influences.
Through my self-publishing comics imprint, UO Comics, I published Gofu #1 at Open Book Comics Fest 2013 in Cape Town, with Gofu Part 2 of 6 to be launched in May 2014.
Tomica is our new UO Comics sci-fi webcomic starting 11 April at www.uocomics.com/tomica
I will be working on my second comic, Unknown Origins, during 2014

Gofu has been successful enough that I have decided to turn it into a limited mini-series.
So I will be doing Gofu issue #2 over December.
We'll get to explore the world of Gofu more and find out who the gofu hunters are and why they have hunted to gofu to extinction.
